These terms govern your use of the TravelYa Android app, published by Uroš Slana (“the developer”). By installing or using TravelYa you accept these terms. The app is a voluntary, free travel-planning aid — nothing in it creates a service contract you depend on.
You use TravelYa voluntarily and remain responsible for your own decisions, your safety and compliance with local law. The app is an aid, not an authority: follow real-world signage, terrain, weather and traffic rules over anything the app or its AI suggests.
TravelYa is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, reliability or availability. Map and place data come from volunteer projects (OpenStreetMap, Wikipedia) and can be incomplete, outdated or wrong anywhere at any time. GPS, battery and your device can fail — including at the moment you rely on them.
Guides, itineraries, place suggestions and chat answers are generated by third-party AI models (z.ai, Google Gemini, OpenAI) and may be wrong or outdated — including coordinates, addresses, opening hours, prices and safety-relevant facts. Never rely on AI output alone: verify directions, schedules, entry rules, visa and health requirements against official sources before you travel.
TravelYa’s navigation and routing are no substitute for official maps, signage, or professional navigation equipment. Routes may be illegal, closed, dangerous or impossible in reality. You alone decide whether a route is safe and appropriate for you.
Features depend on third-party services described in the Privacy Policy. The developer is not responsible for those services’ availability, accuracy or actions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from or connected to the use of the app — including, without limitation, getting lost, delays, missed connections, missed bookings, financial loss, data loss, property damage or injury. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Slovenian and EU law (for example liability for intent or gross negligence), and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
These terms may change as the app evolves. The current version is always published at this URL; material changes are noted in app update notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
